[Gyeongbuk/Gyeongju] Yuhojae Tea Room – A tea room cafe with a nice atmosphere and pretty fish tanks near Hwangnidan-gil

I made a reservation and went.

It appears if you go up the stairs. It is located on the 3rd floor.

When you enter, you first see a long tank placed in the center.
A solid wood top surrounds the perimeter of the fish tank.
It is structured so that people sit around by the water and drink tea.
The light from the round paper lanterns is soft, making the space cozy.

A table of tea utensils is set on the countertop near the entrance.
It seems to have quite a charming atmosphere.

Goldfish swim in the tank.
It's perfect for staring at the water while waiting for the car.

Beyond the counter is the space where tea is prepared.

One wall is filled with a tea set display case.
It is also quite fun to look at the teacups.

Order four drinks to match the number of people.
I ordered Moonlight White, Green Tangerine Boy, Oriental Beauty, and Peach Oolong.
Each tea comes with dried tea leaves and an explanation card.

Peach Oolong (Original)

It is a flavored tea with the scent of white peaches added to oolong tea.
A piece of peach is visible between the rolled tea leaves.
A pitcher filled with ice is served along with it, so you drink it cold.

Oolong is between green tea and black tea.,
It is a tea made by oxidizing only a portion of the tea leaves.

Oriental Beauty (Original)

It is Taiwan's representative oolong tea.

This is white tea from Yunnan, China.

White tea is not rolled or pan-fried.
It is a tea that withers and is only dried.
As the process is simple, the natural flavor of the tea leaves is revealed.
The card has a clean first taste.
It is written that a subtle and deep sweetness remains in the aftertaste.

Green Tangerine Boy (Original)

The green tangerine tea is brewed warm in a glass teapot.
Scoop out the inside of unripe green tangerines
It is a tea made by filling and drying Pu'er tea leaves.
The Xiaoqing Gam from the Xinhui region of Guangdong, China, is known to be the origin.

For Pu'er ripe tea, stack the tea leaves and sprinkle water.
It is a black tea that rapidly induces microbial fermentation.
On top of heavy and savory aged tea

Moonlight White tea leaves are black on the front and silver on the back.
